
This agreement provides consent to receive bank statements for your selected American Enterprise Bank of Florida deposit accounts by electronic delivery. These electronic bank statements are called "eStatements."
Although you are electing to receive your bank statement(s) electronically, you have the right or option to have your bank statement(s) provided or made available on paper or in non-electronic form. There is no fee to receive either an electronic or paper statement.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive bank statement(s) electronically at any time by un-enrolling from the service through your American Enterprise Bank of Florida checking account. The eStatements service will be discontinued within 10 working days and you will resume paper receipt of your statement(s). There is no fee to withdraw your consent to receive bank statements electronically.
You are responsible for providing us with updated information that we need to contact you electronically, including any change in your e-mail address, etc. Each statement period we will send you a notice that your statement is available through your e-mail account associated with your American Enterprise Bank of Florida profile.
We will use commercially reasonable measures, consistent with industry standards, to maintain a reasonable level of security over the information contained in the electronically delivered account statement(s) and notices. One of the main security features guarding the use of American Enterprise Bank of Florida eStatements is the unique combination of your American Enterprise Bank of Florida eStatements ID and Password. It is important that you protect the security of your American Enterprise Bank of Florida eStatements ID and Password by keeping them secret. By entering into this Agreement and using American Enterprise Bank of Florida eStatements, you agree to protect the security of your American Enterprise Bank of Florida eStatements ID, American Enterprise Bank of Florida eStatements Password, and any other numbers, codes, marks, signs, keys, or other means of identification of you as an American Enterprise Bank of Florida eStatements user which may be revised or established from time to time.
By clicking the "I Agree" button, you are authorizing American Enterprise Bank of Florida to provide notices and to deliver statements for the American Enterprise Bank of Florida account(s) identified by electronic means. You understand and agree that by requesting electronic delivery, you will NOT receive statements in paper form delivered by regular United States Postal Service mail unless you specifically discontinue the eStatement service as described in this disclosure. If your paper statement includes images of cleared items, your eStatement will include those images. You agree that electronic delivery will satisfy American Enterprise Bank of Florida's requirement to provide you a periodic statement of your account(s). Your consent shall remain valid until such time as you exercise your right to revoke this consent. American Enterprise Bank of Florida retains the right to discontinue this service at any time. Your eStatement service will be discontinued if the email notice is returned undeliverable for any reason. Should your eStatements service be discontinued, American Enterprise Bank of Florida will resume the paper delivery of your statement via the United States Postal Service.
If you do not notify us of an unauthorized signature or altered check within a reasonable time [not to exceed thirty (30) days] after we send or make available to you this Statement and the enclosed items: (1) You cannot assert the unauthorized signature or alteration against us, even if we are unable to show a loss due to your failure; and (2) You cannot assert any unauthorized signatures or alterations by the same wrongdoer on items paid by us after the reasonable time mentioned above elapses but before we receive your notice. We lose these protections if we fail to exercise ordinary care in paying an item with unauthorized signature or alteration, unless you do not notify us of the problem within sixty (60) days of when we send or make available to you the statement and items. You must also report any account problem (e.g., erroneous statement, missing signature, unauthorized endorsement, etc.) within the sixty (60) day period or lose your right to assert the problem against us.
In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers, TELEPHONE US at (904) 281-1900 1-866-528-2861 TOLL FREE or WRITE US at 10611 Deerwood Park Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32256, as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer on this statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first statement on which the error or problem appeared.
We will investigate your complaint and will correct any error promptly. If we take more that ten (10) business days to do this, we will recredit your account for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation.
